That said, like the others have expressed, I'm not sure Discord roles are the best way to handle that, especially for temporary awards. Having some sort of web UI that displays recognized police/staff/ems might not be a bad idea. Possibly use forums perms to assign them, and then you could pull data to create a page or a widget on the sidebar for display recognized individuals.
