Currently, the main three mechanic shops are located on the east side of town; a influx of activity has come to the west side of town near the beach; and I thought it would be nice to see as-well-as many other community members to have a mechanic shop that is public for people to run.  It's a real pain to be on the west side and your vehicle to then break down, with this in mind; it would also promote more activity on that side of town instead of just the singular most of activity being arou
