Ramirez Posted June 10, 2021 Report Share Posted June 10, 2021 Hi everyone, Just wanted to get your thoughts on adding the ability to push cars when they're not fully totaled. Sometimes, cars can block certain areas which one may need to be accessed. I, myself, have ran into the issue sometimes, and it can be quite annoying to try to move. The usual fix is to get into a car and ram into it until it's in a spot where you want it. I think it would be cool to add a pushing mechanic as it just makes everyone's lives easier, as I'm sure you can relate to topic at one point in time. I'm pretty sure NoPixel has a mechanic similar to this, but don't quote me on that. Just want to hear everyone's thoughts tho. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not sure if I've been unlucky or just dumb, I tend to run out of gas just blocks away from the gas station and it would have been so nice to push it that last 100 yards, especially with how rare and confusing it is to acquire gas cans. As for scuffed local cars or player cars blocking things, I would hope the tow trucks could at least help us out in those situations. I mean, it kind of makes sense that you can't move a parked car easily, I don't think we necessarily need to be able to move any vehicle we want, but some way to clear a place out would be fantastic. Maybe make it so that you need the keys to the vehicle you want to move so you can "take it of the parking brake" and then have a command to push the vehicle or have it under the vehicle menu section. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would restrict it to only being able to push vehicles that you have keys to because it would be severely abusable otherwise if any car can be pushed anywhere.
