Do the "Robbery in progress at: "x" " count as IC knowledge because it is a news broadcast or is it a silent alarm? I can see both positions being valid. A bystander noticing the situation contacting the news, or just an alert for Police on duty which has it's own notification already so it seems kind of pointless. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
