Car Transfers/Sells controlled by Staff

As many already know, the car dealership Mosley's is operating as a CAR RENTAL for now. Implementing Player to Player vehicle transfers its something that has been talked about for years. Mark and myself are willing to help smooth this change in. How?  Simple, We open or dealer to SELL cars and take trade ins. Instead of having people sell cars to each other and allowing a chance for Violent transfers. Mosley's can act as a Tag/Registration Agency for this vehicle transfers. Explanation: 

Person A wants to sell their car to Person B. They head to Mosley's with the car. Mosley's  staff with government access to the vehicle titles, charges a fee for transferring the title and Registration from Person A to Person B and document the process. 

 

For trade ins, we will obviously offer more than 40% of the original car's value.      

 

Also to avoid people's life from being in danger while being threatened to sell their cars forced. We can implement a rule to only have Legal transfers, no violence or blackmailing allowed.
