i am relatively new to this server and am loving it so far my only real complaint is from what i have found asking around the city that there really isnt much of a race scene but seem to be a fair amount of interested just seems like there isnt a real good way to organize races... you could put something on twitter to gather racers to a spot but cops also have access to twitter and could just use that info to stop the races before it happen/be ready for the race at different points of the area where the race starts.

My suggestion if possible would to be make an app that maybe only non cops have access too or an item like a dongle or may be 2nd burner phone that is just to set up races with.

I do like the idea of this, but there are certain problems I can already see. As of right now, there is a race scene behind the doors as you just got to get to know the right people. The reason many people don't know about it is because as you said, they don't want cops to show up. People think of creative ways when there are races about to start to gather many people they can trust to show up. It's all about building trust in the city. The idea of an app to gather all non-cop racers seems like a dope thing to have, but there are "snitches" / CIs in the city, defeating the whole purpose of the app to be secretive. Maybe if there was a group chat app where you can text many people / add people to it that you can trust to gather them all together in one spot would be a better option for this scenario. Who knows, but for now I can assure you there is a racing scene, you just got to get to know people a little bit better and build those bonds.

There is 100% a race scene going on and I also like your idea! I would absolutely love to see an app for setting up races or on a burner phone. There is also this idea I / some current racers had of being able to craft nitrous oxygen ( NOS ) or purchase at benny or something along those lines to then put into the trunk of your car and you have a very limited supply to use. This could also give "slower" cars more opportunity to race and win! Also to be able to craft or purchase race harnesses you actually click into when getting ready to race and this might stop blacking out from some accidents that may happen. just some thoughts I had so far in the race scene
