Ability to remove Tattoos as well as a Catalogue to view ALL Tattoos

The first suggestion I have is to add the option to remove specific Tattoos off of your person opposed to removing all Tattoos which then causes you to have to go and search for every Tattoo you just lost and repurchase them. The second suggestion I have is a QOL improvement which would be to have a Display Catalogue (You wouldn't be able to buy the Tattoos from the Catalogue directly) of all available Tattoos so that we could see all the Tattoos and pick out what ones we wished to purchase then instead of divining all over the map to see what Parlor has what Tattoos and then all the way back, we would already know I want these Tattoos and then you just have to drive around to find which Parlor has the Tattoo you already picked out.
