was denied access. any idea why that is?

recently did a search on the best rp servers and Badlands was referred to me. upon trying to join I was denied access . does anyone know why that is? i heard this one was beginner friendly and I'm new to rp. thanks for your input!

1. Proceed to this link: https://badlandsrp.com/support/create (Can also be accessed from the support tab above ^)

2. Select **Player Eligibility** from the dropdown

3. Title your app "Player Eligibility (insert your ID#)" - For example: `Player Eligibility 12345`

4. Enter your User ID
  - Your user ID will be found in your ban message at the end of the message:
    - You are ineligible to join. Appeal at badlandsrp.com. ID = `12345`

5. Enter your `steamID64`
  - Go here: https://steamid.io/lookup
  - Enter your Steam URL
    - Open Steam
    - Click on your User Name (Store - Library - Community - Name)
    - Click on the URL and copy it (will look like `https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/#########/`
  - Paste and press Enter
  - Copy `steamID64`
  - Paste in appeal

6. Paste your Steam URL
 - Enter your Steam URL
    - Open Steam
    - Click on your User Name (Store - Library - Community - Name)
    - Click on the URL and copy it (will look like `https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/#########/`

7. The rest of the appeal is self-explanatory - When you get to the body, you can put any other info that helps server staff to make a decision on your appeal.

Appeals can take up to a few days depending on Admin availability. Please be patient and review the server rules in the mean time.
