If you have not re-submitted your request in the correct category:

And in the drop down, select Player Eligibility Applications and fill that out.

The string of numbers at the beginning of the message you receive while trying to connect is your player ID.

Include as much information as you can so the responding staff member can assist you.


If you have submitted to the Eligibility section, someone will respond to that appeal when they are able to. Staff are volunteers so things take time. We ask for your patience.
