Hes come to Los Santos in search of his missing officer Wanda Shoals. Wanda was his 2nd in command holding the rank of Colonel. Wanda has gone missing and Ackerman is searching for her where abouts. All information Ackerman has gathered this far is Wanda Shoals moved as the result of learning about Lieutenant General Shoals death.( Her Father) Ackerman knows about Wanda's contact with Retired Lieutenant General Daniel Wolfhiem and the believed blossoming relationship leading to marriage. Ackerman has not been able to track down daniel to gain any information about Miss Shoals current location.
