Tomas GarcÃa
Thanks for the housing. Just giving my input on a small detail. I guess you guys argued about it and debated but I have the feeling a tier of housing was left out. And I will explain why and how it could be added. Housing is a need in everyone's life. Maybe not in video-games but here we are playing GTARP not GTA. So would be nice to have a lower tier of housing. I do understand that prices need to be big so it's closer to a end-game item than just another car more. Still having a place to RP some scenes and also store clothes and basics could be quite helpful for everyone.  - 500,000 (or lower) low end apartments (Vespucci area) ((Suggested tier housing))     - Store clothing in the closet <--- I think this is something quite basic since stores do not allow it. And also useful for those with more than one character.     - Store 120kg in your spare room <---- Because it's two full inventories so plenty of room to swap things around if someone has several characters  - 750,000 apartments (Tinsel Towers, Del Perro Heights) ((Current housing))     - Store clothing in the closet     - Gamble with your friends     - Store 250kg in your spare room   - 1,500,000 apartments (Eclipse Towers) ((Current housing))     - Store clothing in the closet     - Gamble with your friends     - Store 500kg in your spare room     - A fully stocked mini bar with beer and vodka     - Valet parking on the ground floor The other reason it's the looks. Not everyone want to look like a wealthy millionaire, politician or drug lord. Some might want a more mundane and normal life style that goes along with their characters. And having a house along the character style would make sense. I do understand that keeping prices high is something you seem to look forward, but yet even with high prices if you can give us the choice to get the look that fits our characters the most would help. speed
I made the decision not to add a third tier of housing since we're going to be reworking housing at some point in the future anyways. As it stands right now, we only have high end apartment interiors available to us, so adding a "cheap" apartment that looks nice but has none of the features didn't make much sense. Once/if we're able to open additional interiors for low end apartments, they'll probably be added depending on the route we take with the housing changes, but that's pretty far down the road.
