Property License: A government granted lease based off application on a property for a group to operate from. Business License Types: Class A Business license holders must follow section 1, 2, 3, and 4. Examples include a car dealership, or impound lot operator. Class B Business license holders must follow all sections except 1.1 and 1.2. Examples include a restaurant, bicycle shop, or convenience store. Property License holders must follow all sections except 1.1 and 1.2. Examples include Motorcycle Club Compound, FDF Gang house etc. Section 1: Criminality The State reserves the right to deny business licenses to applicants based on criminal history. For example, a felon would not be eligible for a medical dispensary or commercial airline. They could be eligible for a hot dog stand or bicycle shop. For a business owner who is required to keep a clean record, the State will periodically review criminal history to ensure compliance. You will be informed in your application the requirements for the specific business type you have planned. License holders that have employees must ensure that their employees are not active criminals. If License holders fail to take action and remove these employees their business is subject to temporary shutdown, permanent shutdown, and/or fines based on directives by the State government. This includes any security hired or subcontracted by a Class A. A Business license holder and employees who operate a public business/property in a way that grossly endangers public safety can lead to a temporary shutdown, permanent shutdown, and/or fines based on directives by the State government. A licensed business or property found to be facilitating illegal criminal activities on the property or through the business can lead to a temporary shutdown, permanent shutdown, and/or fines based on directives from the State government. Section 2: License Price Business/Property licenses come with a fee as described below. Based on the estimated/potential yearly revenue of the business, there will be a one time fee of $50,000 - $500,000. Based on the required renovations/importations that will be done, there will be a one time fee of $50,000 - $500,000. The state reserves the right to charge a reasonable fair market value rent. Failure to pay the prescribed rent in a timely manner can lead to eviction. Rental fees will not be in effect until further notice. Section 3: Absentee Owner The State reserves the right to revoke a business license from absentee owners or non-regularly operating businesses in order to maintain a high standard of commerce and fair opportunity for others interested in the space. If within a period of 2 weeks a business is completely inactive the state will reach out. If continued absence is noticed the business license can be removed. Section 4: License Transfer Business licenses and the property associated are not transferable. Any interested party in taking over a business in agreement with the current licensee, must apply with the government.
