Phone update

searched and didn't see this anywhere, so sorry if this is a repeat. I believe the phone would benefit from an overhaul in the following ways:

1. Move badeats to an app on the phone. Much easier to explain to new players to access it via phone than /badeats. 

2. Make it so phone backgrounds and twitter logins don't carry over cross character. Characters on the same account are unlikely to have the same interests, and it makes it so custom backgrounds are basically pointless unfortunately. Basically if you have a gang character for instance and have a background to rep that, it would be visible on your cop's phone even though they wouldn't want something like that..

3. Make it so the phone UI can be closed while still on the phone so that accidental hang ups are less common. 

4. Small things like bolding the line of what you are selecting when saving a contact to know if you are editing a name vs number so you don't accidentally override the wrong thing. More user friendly visuals overall. For missed calls for instance having a small red x on the arrow if possible.

The phone definitely works to get things done as is right now, just mostly some QOL changes  to make it more user friendly and help with the immersion side of character customizations.

As far as I know the admins do plan on completely reworking the phone but it's not an immediate thing they want to change so I can't imagine a lot of QOL changes will be made until the phone is totally reworked

Definitely want the phone to work so that I can see my contacts, kinda getting tired of not being able to call my buddies.

Honestly being able to request and pay for a different number/custom number would be a good way to get some money out of the economy as well as let you change numbers if too many crappy people get it lol. Just think it’d have to be like you can only change it every couple of months or something.

Phone numbers most likely wont change due to the fact that everything about your character is tied to your phone number.

+1 Feel like explaining how to use a phone to a new player is harder than most things, once you get used to it, you're used to it, but would be cool to have a easier to use phone
