As for the timed explosives Personally I would love the timer to be increased to an hour, however we would need additional rules to stop it from being abused such as the elephant in the room of people putting a hostage in a locked room with a timed explosive marked for 1 hour and if cops dont let us rob this bank and get away they will blow up.
