You have to clean the money somehow to be able to use it as clean money, and maybe instead of having one drug turn in spot, just make it sell able to the locals. A server I recently played on has this setup and it makes for a pretty interesting cop - drug dealer situation. You allow the cops to actually be able to look on the street for drug dealers (make it obvious once they have too much dirty money as you cannot carry a shit ton of cash in your pocket, maybe a backpack or something). I noticed a lot of the cops on the server RARELY go to the drug spots because people will say they are meta gaming, but it's hard not to I'm sure when they know people are there constantly.

 

This options takes out the need to even go there at all, as they have to sell it at some point somewhere in the city, and they aren't all funneled to one specific location.

This is more or less how "drugs v2" will work once businesses are done.

The existing drugs will remain the same, but the new ones will be much more involved and challenging, obviously with a higher reward.
