Pets!?

I’ve seen in other cities they have pet stores and pets you can buy. I’m wondering if we will ever be able to have pets in city? Would love to have a dog running around the city with me.

I remember talk of the city having pets once upon a time. All hell broke loose. Can't remember specific reasons.

I remember seeing a cat at some point in front of Yellow Jack...not sure whatever happened to it...

In all seriousness, I think it would be cool to have pets. Not sure if its practicable, but +1

We used to have pets, back in 2018, unsure if they tried it again or not. I forget what the issue was from back then though tbh. I just remember having to go and revive ppls pets all the time because they kept getting ran over.

RIP porkchop the pig. The issue was a believe pets would aggro on people that were hostile towards their owner. Also I believe the intended mechanic was when you sent them home they were supposed to run off and despawn but instead they just ran down the street and sat there and would still aggro on people.

I wouldn't want to see a bunch of pets all over the place.
The occasional animal as we see currently seems fine to me...as long as it's not a defective K9 Unit *cough*
