Popular Post speed
Los Santos Fire Department Applications are currently OPEN Welcome to the Los Santos Fire Department Applications for Emergency Medical Technician and Hospital Staff! We are currently accepting applications from dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional emergency medical services. To ensure a smooth and efficient application process, please carefully review the following information. When do Applications open? Applications are reviewed during the hiring period, which starts two weeks before LSFD Academy begins. The hiring period is specifically timed to allow for interviews ahead of Academy. Submitting early does not guarantee an earlier review. If you’ve submitted your application outside of this period, it will remain in the queue until the hiring period begins. Please be patient while we ensure a fair and thorough review process. Application Process Overview: 1. Role Expectations: In-House Hospital Staff: Focuses on hospital-based care, including roles like doctor, nurse, or receptionist. While primarily stationed in a hospital setting, In-House staff may occasionally assist in emergency fieldwork.. First Responder EMT: Focuses on responding to emergencies in the field, including providing care at the scene, transporting patients to medical facilities, and assisting in fire response or search and rescue operations. 2. Minimum Standards: Put effort into your application answers, use your own words, and be truthful. Use the provided format and fill in ALL sections properly. Be sure to select either In-House staff or First Responder EMT in the IC section. Play on the server for at least 2 weeks before applying to get a grasp on the general game mechanics. Must have no administrative actions on account for past 2 weeks (no bans or warnings). Failure to follow these standards may result in a waiting period of up to a month before reapplying. Please refrain from contacting LSFD staff regarding the status of your application, as they are routinely reviewed by LSFD Leadership during the hiring period. Candidates have one week to set up an interview after acceptance, or they must re-apply. 3. Interviews: Interviews will assess your selected track (In-House / First Responder), but applicants can change tracks later if needed. Applicants have 1-2 weeks to complete their interview with a Captain+, closing for the current hiring round on the Friday before Academy. 4. Important Steps Following the Interview: Wait for access to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and thoroughly review them before starting your training. This may take up to 48 hours to grant access to the necessary forums. EMS Academy runs once per month, on the first Saturday of each month. Contact a Paramedic+ to schedule three separate in-city training sessions, allocating at least at least 2 hours per session. Upon completion of training, pass a final evaluation with a Chief Paramedic+ to demonstrate your readiness. Complete the cadet period within thirty days of being hired. It's crucial to actively progress your training during this timeframe to ensure a successful career in the LSFD. Please note that the LSFD Cadet Training Program can accommodate up to 10 Cadets at a time. Applications can still be submitted but may not be reviewed until after current cadets have completed training. Returning EMTs who do not require the complete training program may not count towards the cadet class, at the discretion of LSFD Leadership. We are a legal faction and cannot accept candidates who have been convicted of violent crimes or felonies. Record expungements should be completed before the interview. Non-violent misdemeanors can be pending expungement, but must be cleared before completing training. Ensure that you follow ALL instructions as they are laid out in the application to avoid any complications or denial of your application. Thank you for your interest in joining the Los Santos Fire Department as an Emergency Medical Technician. We look forward to reviewing your application and potentially welcoming you to our dedicated team of professionals. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ There is an Out-of-character (OOC) section and an In-character (IC) section to this application so pay attention!
