If you just got an look around, properly, I think you'll probably see it. Imagine you could see a QR code, and use your phone to just scan them to directly access appropriate websites. IC/RL If you could buffer the image retrieved dynamically then you could have citizen enter a url, grab that, and then send them the appropriate image to their database(s).
