As previously discussed in the Community Meeting, Boat Travel was a talking point, with the possibility of opening up pirate RP. Not only that, it would stimulate the usage of these boats for something practical and realistic (the world record for travelling around the world, believe it or not, is 40 days). Planes are serving their purpose. HOWEVER, let's put some of that realism sense into it. Helicopters are the most common means of private transportation between both islands. I believe that should not be a thing. My suggestion is to allow the implementation of boats between Cayo Perico and Los Santos, along with disabling helicopters access to Cayo Perico. Thoughts?
