Mia Posted October 2, 2025 Report Share Posted October 2, 2025 4.8.2 Rescinded: Police are otherwise legally inside that place and observe any controlled substances, illegal equipment, illegal weapons, or drug paraphernalia in plain view New: 4.10: An LEO who is legally inside a private business or dwelling and observes any controlled substances, illegal equipment, illegal weapons, or drug paraphernalia in plain view, may confiscate said illegal items and lock the property down for police investigation.
