CR Definition Updates:
 

"controlled substances" - 

1. Marijuana in quantities greater than 25 units

2. Prescription opiates for which the possessor does not have a valid prescription


"drug paraphernalia" - Cannabis seeds (in quantities larger than 50), Coca Leaves, Mobile Meth Lab Kits, Opium, Acetic Anhydride, Ergot, Lysergic Acid, Formaldehyde, Ether, Hydrochloride

"narcotics" - Cocaine, Coca Paste, Meth, Ephedrine (in quantities greater than 25 units), Heroin, MDMA, LSD, PCP, Mescaline (Divine)

10.5:

  1. An individual's Commercial Driving License may be seized by an LEO if an individual is charged with any of the following offenses while using a commercial vehicle
    1. Felony Evading
    2. Hit and Run
    3. Vehicular Manslaughter
    4. DUI
    5. Reckless Driving
    6. Felony Speeding
    7. Drug Trafficking
    8. Weapons Trafficking

4.8.2 Rescinded: Police are otherwise legally inside that place and observe any controlled substances, illegal equipment, illegal weapons, or drug paraphernalia in plain view

New: 4.10: An LEO who is legally inside a private business or dwelling and observes any controlled substances, illegal equipment, illegal weapons, or drug paraphernalia in plain view, may confiscate said illegal items and lock the property down for police investigation. A warrant must be approved in order to do a more extensive search for illegal items not in plain view.

10.6 Failure to follow the laws stated below will result in your pilot's license being permanently revoked:

-Helicopters are required to fly above 300ft and planes above 600ft when operating within the city of Los Santos, and must never be low enough to be flying between buildings.
-Planes are only permitted to land at airfields or airports. Seaplanes may also be landed on water and pulled onto the beach provided it is away from congested areas. 
-Helicopters must not be landed in congested areas (near pedestrians, traffic, on roadways etc)
-Any attempt to use any aircraft maliciously towards any citizens will result in permanent revocation of license
-The use of aircraft to facilitate or perform criminal activity, including using it to drop people on building as lookouts or snipers is not permitted
-Fort Zancudo Military Base and Bolingbroke Penitentiary are no fly zones, under no circumstance should you fly over them.
-If your license is revoked, you will not be able to buy a new one
