I just Logged out and when i logged back in the next day all of my inventory is gone and i spawned somewhere else.

I logged out last night right after being revived in a hospital at paleto bay. I had everything in my inventory no problem. I got on today and i spawned at the Central los santos hospital with nothing at all. My car was in my Garage even though i never put it in there.
