Varsi
Many new people in the State of San Andreas experience a lack of knowledge and experience on how to start up a job and earn money to sustain themselves and their needs. Currently, jobs such as, Taxi, Post Delivery, Gardener, and few others available careers in the job centre are not always easy to understand or get started with. As a result, they are neglected and forgotten, leading to a large amount of people not doing anything to benefit themselves and society, leading to chaos, people harassing each other, increase in crime, and no motivation to strive for a higher purpose. How could this negative impact be reversed? Very easily. If the higher-ups of the State of San Andreas would contribute towards a more thorough and flashy introduction into the standard jobs, it would increase the diversity in the jobs people have an experience with, keeping them in the city for a longer duration and increasing the daily population very easily. Aquiles Delmar
all the public jobs at the job center already have guides on how to do them one just has to read the flyers on the ground to gain that knowledge. you can lead the horse, but its on them to drink people tend to choose to do crime simply because people in todays world have a grind mentality, for them its a race to the top to try and get the most, the fastest way possible. this is an RP server, which a lot of new folks dont really understand what that means and will simply grind until they burn out. this is one reason why hunting used to be so popular, people would go grind it and make their money fast, until other jobs like trucking started becoming the easier payoff, now you dont see a lot of people hunting like we used to. theyve simply turned to the other easiest way to make money faster.
