Ari Posted April 18 Report Share Posted April 18 @caitroz_009 All of our bans, for any reason, are handled through the Support Portal above. In there, select Ban Appeal from the drop down. Fill in as much information as you have leading up to the ban, what were you doing in the bank? Things like that. Your PlayerID is the string of numbers that come up in the ban message.
