The addition of an item, "Bobby Pin" purchasable at the barber shop, and used to pick the locks of a vehicle. This item would be cheaper then a lock pick, but not 100% guaranteed to work. (more like 20-40%) Also it would not be illegal to carry a bobby pin in your inventory or vehicle.
