Another illegal job for business owners

Illegal weapons drops.
- Once you place the order, you have 3 drops in different locations (same as cocaine) with a limited amount of time, to guarantee the use of at least 3 active employees. Once they recover the items they would only be able to sell them at the black market or illegal gun stores. It would be a bulk of whatever (sorta like the food packs) worthless in inventory. 

Risks at 2 locations: 
1) Before you sell the items, you need to go to your quality control weapon expert guy. You would turn over your bulk item to him, he will accept all the faulty items, giving you the actual good sellable items back in your inventory. (chance of loss of merchandise) These guns would not be able to be equipped.
2) Possible alert to police at the arms dealer/black market/gun store (by either undercover local detective or a concerned neighbor, or stakeout patrolling)
