Get out of my car, please

Had a thought that might be cool, and stop a little needless gun-play.

What if the owner of a vehicle could, in a non-hostel way, "kick" people out of their car? 
 

So whether it is someone who is afk for a min when trying to re-fuel, or a person trying to troll and sit in your car at legion, or a passenger who just wont get out. 

The current meta is to shoot them, call EMS, and completely fail at Role Play.  

 

Now this would only work on Civ cars, if the car was stopped, and the owner was outside of the car.

That way if a person with a gun gets in the car and says "drive", the owner can't just kick and run, they would have to get out of the car and "pull" the person out.

 

This would not work on LSPD vehicles as cops can already do this, and I don't think Gen Civ Pop could handle the responsibility to use it on cop cars.

It would however be another non-hostile tool for LSFD to use, when a player refuses to exit the vehicle.

I agree. This would be useful, but I also see it as a way for people to get a hostage taker out of the car and drive off with little or no consequence. I personally have been held at knife point several times. In this case, I would be able to stop, kick them out before they could run around the car, and drive off without following their demands. I see it being abused more than used for the intended purpose. If it were used properly, it would be a great idea.
