Illegal and legal Blacksmith Job

A legal/illegal way to craft guns and to sell to either pedestrians or players. The crafting machine can be used in every gun store depending if you are doing it legally or illegally, but it must use materials gathered from the mining job. This is a new way or bringing the Blackmarket into roleplay, as it would increase the amount people doing legal jobs, to do the illegal ones. This of course should raise the attention of the police, as it would bring more crime in to the city.

Requirements to access Legal/Illegal Blacksmith Jobs:

-Blacksmith license costing around 20 to 25K and only active Blacksmith should be allowed to keep it (same as the mechanic job).

The way this license can be seized, is if the police busts you selling or crafting illegal weapons. The only way police can search the illegal gun store is if the city is not busy, there are shots heard around the illegal gun store, or if there is a report of a hurt/shot/dead person nearby. As the police have no other intentions of searching the shop, in case there has been a report been made of someone crafting and selling.

Legal Blacksmith Job:

-Costing around 2K in materials to craft SNS pistol. - Sells for usual legal shop price.

-Costing around around 4K in materials to craft a pistol. - Sells for usual shop price.

-Costing around 6K in materials to craft a Revolver. - Sells for usual shop price.

-Can only be sold to players with weapon license. (Should work in simmilar way as the machanic job, as this would leave people taking various gun stores to advertise their private business)

The amount of materials used for each gun should be different, but fixed for the type of gun you are crafting. Legal blacksmith's should only be able to sell gun's to real players.

Illegal Blacksmith Job:

-Costing around 8K in materials to craft tec-9 (20 round capacity, same damage as the 5k pistol , and fast fire rate.)

-Costing around 10K in materials to craft dual shotgun (2 Bullets in the chamber, high damage - ability to kill in 1 shot with no armour, or 2 with armour such as police and same fire rate as the desert eagle, but long reload speed.)

-Can be sold to players without weapon licenses, but would implement a seperate 6K fine for not having a weapons license for the customer and seizure of blacksmith license for the blacksmith.

Illegal blacksmith's can sell weapons to both pedestrians in the major gang activity areas, such as the Vagos or the Grove street or real players. The illegal street price for the tec-9 should be 10K, which would leave 2k in profit. The illegal Street price for dual shotgun should be 13K, which would leave 3K in profit. Selling weapons in the illegal gun store to real players, should be more expensive. This would range increase the price of the tec-9 to 12K and the price of dual shotgun to 15K. This increases the value of the weapon, as it would be more rare to sell to a real player, aswell as enhancing the roleplay experience.

The Production rate and Sales rate:

-Production rate should be around 3 minutes to craft every gun listed no matter the price, or the amount of materials used.

-1 in every 5 pedestrians, in the major gang areas should be interested in buying a gun from the illegal Blacksmith.

-If they are not interested in buying guns, they would report to police.

Charges

-Usual charges apply to having illegal crafted guns, as having illegal items on you.

-Extra 6K fine applies, if you have a illegal gun and have no valid weapons license.

-Seizing blacksmith license if you were found crafting or dealing illegal guns.
