Pre Launch Update 0.3.1

Added
- Check to stop the gathering process when your inventory is full
- Map markers for police to see other police. Updates position every 5 seconds
- New Ambulance Model and Skin
- Pointing. Press B to toggle the ability. Move your mouse around to move your hand

Changed
- When revived by a medic, you won't need to press ENTER
- When revived after the bleed out time, you will not be forced respawned
- Bleed out time (aka when you can respawn) reduced to 3 min. You can still wait for a medic
- You now receive 1 strength exp point for every 10 items harvested
- Increased the regen rate on weed/gold/ephedrine fields
- Various police armory pricing adjustments (shotgun cheaper, flare and jerry can are free)
- Weed and Meth sell price increased
- Gold sell price decreased

Fixed
- Wanted level from bank heist will clear on death
- LS Customs menu breaking (already applied to server)
- Player list not showing players (F6)

Removed
- Queue system (until issues with it are resolved)
- Experience gain notification

- Increased drink, fishing rod prices

- Decreased meth kit price

- Disabled bank heist until we get it working corectly. You should see gas/markets robberies soon

Lots of changes here to fix stuff, we hear your feedback! New ambulance model and skin for those newly minted LSFD personnel! In the future we hope to add markers for LSFD to see each other on the map as well. Coordination helps us be more successful.

@Marvin Giormani @Lewis Smith I'll look into this down the road after server backend is switched over. Want to make sure all is stable before adding too much stuff.
