UnknownRNGS
Is there any plans to have an actual jury during court cases? Or just the judge?
Sam
Has been discussed before, the biggest concern being we want the judgement to be done by an Impartial arbiter AKA the judge who will have no conflict of interest. Our fear with introducing a jury is that people will already decide the verdict before even listening to the arguments and testimonies. Just don't want it to turn into a salt fest where your verdict is decided based on whether you have friends or enemies on the Jury. But I will make sure it's discussed again during the next Department of Justice meeting. Edited March 22, 2020 by Jerry Newton
luna
currently no plans for that, @Jerry Newtonpretty much covered it, there aren't enough people to have a fair and unbiased jury selection if anyone interested could come up with reasons/ideas for it though and DM myself, Morningstar or Jerry, it'll be taken into consideration
Diesel
i feel like also its hard enough to have judges and the da around at the same time for a case let alone a jury.
