3 suggest for House .

Hi . 

before the suggest I should say My thanks from staff  for badlands. 

I am hope that my suggests be useful . 

1-In badlands there are houses that they are very expensive . well this is alittle acceptable but we know that every city there is cheap house for buy . 

the main suggest For house  : 

2-Rent house : it will be better that We can rent house for a certain time and certain price . but the price for rent should be few like 50k for a month . (a month in badlands and we should have certain calculator in game)

3-single house : My mean for single house is that when I buy a house it should be for mine Only . And the only way that other person wanna to have my house should buy it from me . ( this is available for new houses and we need  to can buy house from each other dont know it will be possible or not )

I would agree But you have to consider the population to houses/apartments so just say there are 15 houses/apartments with a 32 pop server if everyone was to buy you can see you would have to share since there isn't enough for everyone.

yes Exactly I was thinking about this . But one question ? right now how many people have house  from all players ?

the number of people is very few . so if we have rent houses it will not be bad . 

and Well  in real we know that many of people rent house .

for the number of players I can suggest that  add enough house to buy or rent . (not alot but well enough)

Just my two cents.

Personally, but I have not looked into the overall effect it might have on the reliable of the server in the long run. But with the addition of a map editor, which we can clearly see if you go to Sandy Shores. If the same process was put in place. The higher end housing, such as apartments, stilt houses, La Fuente Blanca, could be your high end, housing for the veteran players to pay a high up front cost and a maintenance cost over a period of time. However, interiors could be spawn underground for the lower to medium level housing, similar to the online housing. That is of coarse, the object/s that make up the interior can be spawned/loaded through the same mechanic. If so, the user could simply go to their house, and enter it. However housing would have be reworked so the map is not as cluttered. This is where I see there being a cost to maintain rather than hefty upfront cost. So, if you want the city view, or the fancy interiors, upfront cost, with a utilities bill, or option two. Not the best looking interior, no city or scenic view, with you paying as you go, instead of upfront.
