Negative Impact for Recklessly Driving

Should there be any kind of negative impact for drivers that drive extremely recklessly? (Ex. Blackout/Die when hard vehicular crash impact) This idea is to better and have people value their lives more, even emergency vehicles when responding to calls at extremely FAST speeds or going past red lights without even trying to slow down and watch for incoming traffic.

I believe if people crash already hard, they do black out. Personally, I think that seatbelts shouldn't be as perfect as they are, and that you could get something like a Harness like NoPixel does for your vehicle, maybe it's a once per storm or custom upgrade sort of deal if that' possible. Or even an item in your pockets.

There is already a black out system when people crash at high speeds and are wearing their seatbelts and also the alternate of that being without a seatbelt being flung through the front windscreen. Not to mention some crashes you can take damage and actually go down (although rare depending on HP before crash). I think naturally we are playing GTA so there will be people speeding and driving 'recklessly' quite often and I don't think limiting that aspect is entirely the way to go. And with the vehicle damage across the board being low in general, I think people get punished enough that way too. Just my 2 cents.

When it comes to emergency vehicles, I know we're trained to properly clear intersections. Both PD and EMS should work to preserve life, so the punishment on that end would be putting IA reports in if you notice an ambulance or police squad car driving unnecessarily safe. These reports are not going to get very far if people start reporting police chases or frustration for having to yield to ambulances, but when we really do something wrong, say something so it can be corrected!

I don't think it's a good idea to add more negative impacts, as desync still exists, and you don't want to punish the passenger constantly. Blacking out every 10 minutes as a passenger due to desync is bad enough as it is. And as stated above, it is a standard feature in GTA to lose health on a big impact.
