Infinity Posted April 5, 2022 Report Share Posted April 5, 2022 (edited) i do feel that when someone is robbing a store that the person breaking into the safe should be locked in a animation while breaking into the safe unless they press Y to break out of the animation but that would also stop the timer or include some type of mini game with breaking into store safes. That way is just not a suspect just standing the middle of the doorway waiting for a timer to countdown. while a bunch people just having a conversation while they wait for the timer to go down or stop some people from being like "well you didn't actively see me breaking into the safe". maybe something like this for minigames: For dial safes (liquor store safe): https://forum.cfx.re/t/release-safe-cracking-minigame/172029 For Keypad safes (24/7 and LTD): https://forum.cfx.re/t/release-casino-keypad-hacking-minigame-memory-minigame/4800359 For the dial safes people would need to buy a stethoscope and for the keypads they would need to use either a hacking phone by itself, or a hacking phone combined with a safe cracking kit. tay Posted April 6, 2022 Report Share Posted April 6, 2022 -1 I don't think there should be a minigame for this robbery as it is the first robbery that most new players do within the server, also the animation could be restricting if you are a solo player trying to earn some cash and being stuck in the back room wouldn't allow them to interact with the cops sufficiently outside. Something to circumvent the entire 'You didn't see me break into the safe' excuse is possibly the introduction of a mechanic for police to check the safe or visibly see it broken open. I like the idea of some higher stakes robberies as a transition between 24/7s and Banks. Perhaps some of the shops have boosted their security and require a bit more planning and manpower to crack?
