Noticed Massive amounts of FailRP and NVL as of late from all walks of life in the city/server

So tonight, myself and some members of the cartel decided to cause some trouble and have some fun and give some candy to the good folks around the city. We would roll around five deep, hold people up, take nothing and put candy in their pockets.  

During this we had the following:

- People failing to put their hands up or completely ignoring the gun pointed at them.

- People trying to run when they had a gun pointed at them.

-People radioing their 'boys' when they have a gun pointed at them.

-People shooting while being held up multiple guns.

The scary part of this is that most of the people doing this are either affiliated with a gang or faction. There are numerous occasions lately as well where people who I have tried to take hostage for various jobs and situations have just run.  It just sucks because at the end of the day it shuts down RP in my opinion.

I have also noticed this lately. I roll/operate around what I consider "degen" hours, so about 11 PM-5AM Pacific Standard time or 1 AM-8 AM Eastern Standard, and have had numerous encounters where I have pulled guns on people and they have flat out failed to comply with demands (hands up, get out of the car, pull over or I will shoot, ect.) and either start pulling a gun and attempting to shoot, or running away to attempt to secure themselves to protect themselves. The worst thing when you're attempting to do a job to promote and engage RP is when someone failrp's and ruins what you have had planned. I've even seen people shoot into a group of people holding one of their allies at gunpoint, with no regards to their buddies, just trying to shoot the guys with guns and save their friends, maybe even tagging their buddy a couple times in the confusion. I agree with the reports and what not, but it's hard to do when it's happening so frequently, and tbh when it's experienced and seasoned/tenured players, it feels wrong, because I don't want to see anyone get banned especially if they do have time invested into the server. I dunno.

The problem is .... They don't get reported. So these "seasoned" vets of the server, or  whatever you want to call them, think they can do whatever they want, because they think there value is worth more than the server. 

Report Anyone you feel Fail RP's or is breaking a Server Rule. Attention is needed, but attention can only be given if the reports are made. 

EDIT: Not all reports result in a ban either. Again won't know unless they are entered.

Yeah it sucks how that "endeavor" turned out for you guys. Report them and hopefully next time out people will get to take part in the RP you were trying to pull off.

as one of the groups this happened to and it almost lead to a war over it, I think people and not just this situation have become numb to a gun being pulled on them. Its happens ALL THE FUCKING TIME. you so much as breath wrong someone pulls a gun or a knife. its to the point no one actually cares if someone is first to a gun if they have numbers, because they know you wont be able to down all individuals there before at least one can get a gun, or a situation like today where someone is literally out numbed 4 to 1 decides they will just flip a switch blade and start stabbing. there are only 2 options for it, Report them, or staff becomes more harsh on individuals who just jump straight to escalating to a gun.

 

It is an RP server, hostile RP is part of it, not all times someone pulls a gun on you is it a challenge to a duel where you take ten steps and draw, but in the same situation not every verbal argument needs to lead to some insecure fool pulling a gun because they are taking an L in a verbal dispute.

Imma have to agree with Rusty on this one but if I’m being honest as a use to be degen crim those hours are the times where the shitters are awake and nothing will ever change with degen hours people are gonna use 10 people in a hostile situation and more than likely get away with it you’ll also deal with people NVL all time at degen hours it’s something as a crim you kinda should expect with those hours but as I always say stay strapped or get clapped especially degen hours
