Kota Posted August 12, 2017 Report Share Posted August 12, 2017 (edited) Maybe an idea would be to add zip ties to the black market dealer it would be like a 1-time use handcuff mechanic for taking hostages. Easly taken off by another player and police just not by the person wearing them.
