Popular Post Matt Kenshaw (33963)
Hey all! As some of you know, I do a lot of streaming for charity organizations or organizations that are there to help benefit others. Every month, I usually am raising funds for a certain charity. 2 months ago, I did a charity fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Foundation, and then last month did a fundraiser night for Autism Speaks, in recognition of Autism Awareness.  What most of you do not know, about 8 years ago, I retired from the Army. I served my time, and transitioned back to civilian life. It has been an adjustment at times, and there are many times that I wish that I was still in. You don't understand the brotherhood that you form with others in the service until you have served with them.  With that being said, one organization that I have ALWAYS been in support of is the Wounded Warrior Project. If you would like to know more about this organization and what they are about, please go visit their site at: https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/ So, starting next week, and going through ALL of June, every stream that I do will be to help raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project, and helping those that were hurt overseas help recover at home and get them back on their feet. I hope that you will join me in helping raise funds for this organization. My goal by the end of June is to raise $500 and I know that we have a community that is very generous and cares about those around them. I have seen communities come together here and be incredible blessings to others, and I hope that you will join with me in helping support this cause. To help sweeten the deal, IF we hit $500 raised, I will match the $500 and UP to $1000 for the cause as well. If the community helps me raise $500+, I will MATCH the donation amount!! Please join me in this cause, and I hope that we can help make a change in our wounded warrior's lives! Thank you for your time in reading this. I love this community, you are all rockstars!
