Test Drives/Car Dealership

With how long someone has to work to be able to afford a vehicle of their desire, sometimes it doesn't perform as well as one prefers. There has to be a way to implement a test drive feature at a dealership so you can try before you buy that cannot be abused or used in a criminal way, especially since if you don't like it and you're only getting to get roughly 40% of the cost of the purchase. Maybe a job of a Cars Salesman that can shut off the vehicle if the driver gets too frisky behind the wheel and kicking the customer out of the vehicle.

It would be nice to be able to test drive. Bought a 420k off road car, and it is terrible off road, haha.

What i usually do is reach out to an Admin on discord and set up a meeting somewhere (usually at an airport) and test out some cars. But an actual test-drive feature would be really nice.

I've seen a few cities have features we're if you wanted to test drive a car before buying, you can pull it out for 60 seconds. Take it for a spin and see how you like it, then you can make your choice from there. O' Conner & Mark do something similar at Mosley's, where if you want to take a car for a spin and try it out before you buy it you pay a certain amount for a test drive. Either way, I do feel this can be a good idea if implemented correctly.

Not to be the debbie downer here but, While its nice to have, It really is, But people will be people and figure out ways to break it and retain the car for free until storm, and use it for whatever x y z reasons. Iv never seen "big" cities keep it because theres always some way to abuse it.

You are not wrong, I've seen it added and removed in other cities due to exploits. But it would be nice to have this feature. One can dream!

Instead of being a 'feature', being a mechanical thing. I lean towards RP. Simply allowing people to sell their cars to other people, will eliminate the 60% loss of money when you sell a car back to the city.     When thats implemented, From Mosley's we can sell cars instead of renting them and also offer Test Drives, which is something we already have implemented.   

Also to avoid exploits, Mark and Myself could be given the roll of Sales Man and keep control of car transactions when it happens Player to Player. Just like having a Registration/Tag Agency at Mosley's, so people dont abuse it and start holding people at gun point to sell a car. We can be the mediators on vehicle transfers since we already have a Dealership rolling.  Also we plan on hiring for part time positions as soon as changes like this are implemented.

I think that they should make a review feature a real thing, so if you're not sure if you should buy a car or not you just read what other people who have it say about it.

Mosley already doing so much work when it comes to selling cars. Maybe give them whitelist where they can spawn in cars for test drive.
