would be nice to have 2 grils. Also maby a way to have the delivery job, deliver meat to you when you need it. so that the delivery job has a new use for it again. Back in the day delivery was the best legal job for civ's to do. without including pd and ems ofcourse. Nowadays its just a job that doesn't have any use anymore...

I am going to disagree, I think 1 cook is plenty.

I would rather see the entire food system be reworked. Maybe have the foods that provide RP be more filling while the food that is at stores provide less.

At the moment there is no drive to those things besides RP, which is honestly sad.

The prices and weights of food as well.

Food that you buy in stores is terrible compared to player made foods what do you mean? Heartstoppers are atleast 10x better then anything you can just by at 24/7.

What RP? The majority of Heartstoppers being made are for self use or for specific groups to horde. its not always done for the RP, its simply done for the simplicity of NOT having to buy food or drinks at a store. The current meta is, you don't need beverages. You just need a burger that 100% fills your thirst and beverage.

The Re-Work I see that is needed is.

- Food fills your hungry 100%, NOT your thirst. In fact, eating in general should cause your thirst to go down a little bit.
- Add Beverages to be Made, this will allow "more RP" in having workers.
- This Allows, Cashier, Cook, Beverage (Waiter). and other creative positions you can think of.

I agree with vDrop on this one.

Burger Shot should be a clock in-out job, that you get hired on to, get paid a salary and the money for the items. (Dare I say a whitelisted position)

  • This will give incentive for players do be 'on duty' at Burger Shot, regularly. It won't just be "collect meat, go to BS, make burgers, leave"
  • When there isn't an employee on, the service isn't available. Harsh...but produces scarcity with the items. (Value)
  • Because you're actively getting money for being 'on duty' and pushing the product, people will want to work for BS. (Incentive/Reason to DO the job, which as it stands the only money to be made from the job is from mass producing heart-stoppers and selling them to the first/highest bidder)
  • Give each burger different values of Health, hunger, and thirst increases and decreases.
  • Ability to make drinks would be a HUGE plus

The only issue with the suggestions above, is the current system. To make BS a viable and fun experience for RP there would need to be an additional fryer for bacon and patties. Three employees working is great. (To piggy-back on vDrop's third point about positions) Obviously with an increase in fryers you could have three employees in the back, two grillers with the other assembling the burgers. (All while getting paid)

There needs to be value and meaning to a job, not solely based on anyone can come to BS and make a burger. That decreases the value of the items produced and the value of the mechanics provided for potential RP to be had. (This can be said about A LOT of currently implemented systems.)
