(flares can scare NPCs so be careful) - EMS are now able to see each other on the map. The tracker updates every 5 seconds and should help you spread out across the map. - EMS and Police can now see each other on the map! Markers update every 5 seconds. Cops are blue and EMS are red. - A local businessman has opened a car washing business on the Island. Get that mud off of your car for free! - Added 2 Regional Police Vehicles for cops to test out for us! - Disabled actions while restrained. Changed - Changes relating to stealing vehicles: All non player owned vehicles are locked by default. You will not be able to car jack an NPC occupied vehicle. You will need to buy lock picks from black market in order to steal NPC vehicles. It takes 1 lock pick and 45 seconds. All non player emergency police and EMS vehicles cannot be stolen or lock picked. All player owned vehicles cannot be lock picked at this time. - Added a 5 minute cool down timer for the free bikes at city hall. - Maximum prison time is adjusted to be 45 minutes. Fixed - Food/Thirst problems should be resolved now! - Cops/EMS are now able to accept medic requests from inside of an emergency vehicle. F1 and F2 are the new key binds to accept/deny. Removed - You can non longer upgrade the engine, transmission, or turbo tuning on the sports class of vehicles.   3

Important Notes: - There is a known bug there the new cop cars won't show as owned after purchase, however pulling them back out of the garage won't charge you. - All owned sports car will have their mods wiped.
