BrandonM
You can sell certain cars in GTAO, and they dont pay much, and the chop shop is on a 48 minute cooldown for each car. Vapid Peyote (Peyote gang) - $12,940 Albany Buccaneers (Buccaneers Gang) - $9,875 Lampadati Felon GT - $9,500 Declass Tornado (Gang version) - $9,040 Lampadati Felon - $9,000 Gallivanter Balls (Modern) - $9,000 Gallivanter Balls (Classic) - $9,000 Obey Rocoto - $8,500 Canis Mesa (Merryweather Jeep) - $8,500 Ocelot F620 - $8,000 Benefactor Schwartzer - $8,000 Ubermacht Oracle - $8,000 Albany Cavalcade (Modern) - $7,000 Benefactor Dubsta - $7,000 Albany Cavalcade (Classic) - $7,000 Ubermacht Zion - $6,500 Zion Ubermacht Cabrio - $6,500 Benefactor Schafter - $6,500 Ocelot Jackal - $6,000 Benefactor Serrano - $6,000 Ubermacht Sentinel XS - $6,000 Ubermacht Sentinel - $6,000 Dundreary Land Stalker - $5,800 Fathom FQ 2 - $5,000 Mammoth Patriot - $5,000 Vapid Sandking XL - $4,500 Vapid Sandking SWB - $4,500 Emperor Habanero - $4,200 Surge Horse - $3,800 Schyster Fusilade - $3,600 Vapid Sadler - $3,500 Vapid Dominator - $3,500 Bravado Buffalo - $3,500 Bravado Gauntlet - $3,200 Vapid Radius - $3,200 Declasse Granger - $3,100 Canis Mesa - $3,000 Bravado Bison - $3,000 Declasse Tornate - $3,000 Vapid Minivan - $3,000 Canis SemInola - $3,000 Bravado Gresley - $2,900 Albany Buccaneer - $2,800 Karin AsteroPE - $2,600 Bollokan Prairie - $2,500 Karin Dorothynte - $2,500 Shitzu PCJ 600 - $2,500 Shitzu PCJ 600 - $2,500 Horse Fugitive - $2,400 Maibatsu Penumbra - $2,400 Vapid Bobcat XLv - $2,300 Declasse Vigero - $2,100 Imponte Phoenix - $2,000 Western Daemon - $2,000 Weeny Daddy - $1,800 BF Injection - $1,600 Dinka Blista - $1,600 Karin Intruder - $1,600 Bravado Youga - $1,600 Western Bagger - $1,600 Downgraded Sabre Turbo - $1,500 Bravado Duneloader - $1,500 Albany Washington - $1,500 Karin Sultan - $1,200 Vapid Peyote - $1,200 Bravado Rumpo - $1,200 Imponte ruins - $1,000 Vapid Stanier - $1,000 Karin Diaper - $1,000 Pegassi Ruffian - $1,000 Zirconium Stratum - $1,000 It'd be cool to have a chop shop in the game, and I think the prices are realistic for a chop shop.
TiLLeR
It's up to Speed and Serpico but it in order for this to be implemented it would have to be more involved than just lock pick a car and then sell it. That's too easy of a farm IMO. Perhaps you would need receive a request for a certain type of car from the chop shop. You'd then have to find that specific car and deliver it. I'd rather see an element of risk - maybe the cops get informed that someone is locking picking a car in an area. I just think that lock pick sell is too basic of an implementation and has no RP potential in it.
RuffNeck Killah
its kinda hard to rp a low level criminal right now once u have a car / truck it like u go from broke to massive dealer real fast boosting cars ect would jus help the rp aspect in my opinon but yh i do see your point tiller
dK_
Itâd be cool to see the chop want a specific type of car that youâd have to go and find
TiLLeR
The other challenge to this type of job is just the way GTA/FiveM is built. We know that GTA tends to spawn cars that are in the area already (I'm guessing it's more efficient for memory). So if you have a price scale and get paid more for higher end cars - well then have a friend pull one out that higher end car and in no time more are around = ez money. I'm not trying to be a debbie downer about the idea b/c it actually could be fun but just would require some creativity to make sure it's balanced.
dK_
Thatâs why Iâm saying donât make it you can go just sell any car, it will randomly give you a type of car it wants you to steal and bring back, and maybe I way for the police to get a notification that a specific type of car is on the wanted list for the chop shop
Johan
Also if we had some kind of "dirty money" implemented (at least at one point someone talked about adding that maybe at some point), it would add to the chop shop. You would get paid with "dirty money" and you must "wash" it before you can use it in normal markets.
Corny
Reviving an old post, as I think this would be a great idea if run like they do it on The Family RP. They have a list of about 5 cars the shop wants, and you have 1 hour of IRL time to find and bring them in for varying amounts of cash. Every hour a new list is available.
