Cheez Posted August 7, 2018 Report Share Posted August 7, 2018 I think this rule should be reviewed as I have been told that this does not just mean player populated areas but the whole city, not including paleto/sandy. Maybe change the rule to hostile gang violence is only allowed in sandy/paleto. This is correct. The only area that's basically 100% off limits is Legion, since it's basically always populated. Everything else is situational. If you want to RP as a violent gang, that's fine, but don't interrupt other players with it, and make sure you're following the other gang rules as well.
