Psychologist RP

Hello! I know there is a psychiatrist in the city, but they are not hiring. Can I still be a clinical/counseling psychologist around the city? I don't mean to take clients away, but I would love to RP this. I'm also interested in forensic psychology. If there is any need or room for a forensic psychologist to work with the PD and Judicial systems, let me know. I'd like to do that as well.

You can RP anything you want as long as it's in the rules (not including the whitelisted jobs). The only one that can tell you that you can't do a certain thing is the admins.

The second bit is something that isn't gonna happen as PD has no other branches like that yet.
