Born and raised in Liberty City. His Uncle Lou moved him here when life wasn't working out for him up there. Looking for a new life, Phillip enjoys and lives the hustle of making bread and will do anything to make a buck. But he has a soft side for his wife Denice. Living in the El Burro part of los santos, Its a hard life for him. If you see Phillip in the streets or in Blain county.
