I, Judge Agnes Evergreen, presiding over the Circuit Court of the State of San Andreas, having reviewed the petition for dissolution of marriage submitted by MJ King and Oliver King, do hereby grant the petition for divorce in accordance with the laws and procedures governing marital dissolution in this State. Upon full consideration of the documentation and testimony provided, the Court finds that:     The marriage between MJ King and Oliver King has irretrievably broken down;     All legal requirements for divorce have been satisfied, including residency, notification, and any mandated periods of separation or mediation;     The division of marital property, custody arrangements (if applicable), and financial responsibilities, including alimony or child support, have been adequately addressed and documented. Additionally, upon review of the accompanying request for a legal name change submitted in conjunction with this divorce, the Court finds the request to be lawful and without evidence of fraudulent intent.
