Handcuff emote

I was just wondering if it's possible to add the handcuff emote (not sure if this is possible) to the emotes list. It would be good for RP reasons if someone is "cuffing" you then you could do that emote and it would look more realistic than just standing there. ^_^ I know we had a discussion about adding ability to cuff people for everyone with some item or something but I feel like it's not necessary if you have this emote.

As I said, I'm not sure if this is possible to implement but I just wanted to throw this idea out. :)

I think this is a great idea. Unlike the zip tie or handcuff item for purchase that can be used on anyone. This will be more for the experienced RP players to "willingly" play along with being cuffed. Also there is less likely a reason to shoot the person if they put the cuffs on for the duration of the encounter. The only problem i see is that all the emotes lock you in position so you can't move. So not the biggest deal if that is the case, if you cant get in car for kidnapping With cuffs on. maybe a walking cuff emote is possible.

Yeah that is true, but I feel like it should be possible to let you walk. As you know we have that "toggle movement" option in police menu. Not sure tho but I'm sure that @Serpico can answer to this.

With the taser having such a brief effect on a player (they are down for a second or two), and my inability to actually kneel on their back and hold them down, not a huge fan of adding more time with an emote which I suspect will allow them to stand up and walk away.  But +1 for civ zip ties!
