i had a suggestion on POLICE uniforms, i have been seing police with outfits that are not really police in my eyes! it does not really look good if the police doesn't have uniforms, when we say uniforms this means the same outfit for every police member, the uniform can depend on the rank but at least it stays uniform. i saw that police cars colors are changed like every day ,yesterday it looked blue, today is green tommorow will be red...which does not look good!! i had that that suggestion that it could be taken a look just to mantain the rp,

The police uniform set up is relatively consistent, The higher ranks tend to be more out of place but generally speaking you can tell an officer is an officer, Primarily by the badges they wear.

The issue your having is it sounds like you have a lot of stuff in your cache conflicting with the server. So id recommend you clear your cache and join the server, And if you intend to play on other servers, Id recommend clearing your cache each time you intend to play on other servers.

To clear your cache is simple.

First right click your FiveM Icon on your desktop, Click "Open File Location". This will open up a file explorer window to your FiveM installation directory.

Open "FiveM Application Data". Then navigate to the folder called "cache".

Once inside the Cache folder, Select everything EXCEPT the "game" folder and delete it/send to recycle bin. Then load up FiveM, Join the server and it will re-download the files you need in a fresh state where it will show proper clothing to you, Specifically for EMS & LSPD.

That sounds like a client side issue, if your EUP (modded PD uniforms) are streaming properly then they quite easily look like police. The modded clothes replace vanilla clothes so when the auth service is down they look like the vanilla clothes. It also does this from a distance as the LODs for the clothes are not changed.
