Anton
A Vote Kick system where 5 players can initiate to kick and temporary ban a disturbing player, RDM-er, VDM-er, etc. An on duty LSPD/LSFD member would be required to finalize the kick. like 4 civilians + 1 LSPD/LSFD 'nuff said , peace out

Thorgs
You know we cant do this! I understand it gets frustrating god knows i see enough of it on cop but this would just get abused and possibly the wrong person getting kicked and or ban as you put it, we just need to record it and forum post it you can also ask in Help chan for a mod or admin to come help you i also know there not always available thats why the recording is necessary the system is in place we just have to follow it again i know its not what you want to hear but its whats necessary we all know its an open server and i think you can all agree it has come along way from being bad as it was early on. Also maybe try to educate the player if you have the time and patience for it but if there not willing to listen then you just have to put that report in. Just my opinion on the matter
Anton
I don't see why not, even GTA:Online has vote kick. Plus at least there you can mute people if you need to. And by temporary ban i meant like an hour, so the person can cool down. I still think it should be done. I'm not saying give us the power to perma-ban someone, but there are situations on a daily basis where this could be applied and no one would get hurt. You cant educate a troll, either you ignore him or get rid of him. We just don't have the power to ignore at all.
Hardcore
I think the person who screams and annoys others will just join back and do more of it
Matttheman
The problem is that it can abused. Let's say some new people come in from a reference from a friend and they happen to be on cop or medic. They could just be like i don't like so and so and just kick them. It could get out of hand really fast. I understand the frustration but it's something we have to deal with for now until something is implemented. Johan
In my eyes, only way to fix this problem is to get more moderators so there could be at least one on each server for most of the time. But it's not easy to find that many trusted players and that's the problem. And on public servers, there will be always issues with trolls/scripters/RDM/VDM no matter what. What I've seen/heard, it's much worse on other servers and this server is dealing pretty good with all that BS.
SneakyAzWhat
This isn't a feature that we could implement for most of the reasons described above. In mention of bringing on moderators it isn't just about "trust". You could be trusted but not have the right demeanor or ability to handle a situation properly. Some people let their emotions get the best of them, others gossip (therefore not trustworthy with information that could be sensitive), some have trouble handling a new situation and making a determination/resolution on the spot. A moderator is someone who can resolve conflicts without losing emotional control and also has the ability to communicate efficiently and clearly. Most importantly a Moderator needs to be able to hold everyone accountable and maintain fairness when exercising moderation duties. There may be a player you aren't fond of and then your friends, a moderator has to be able to handle both in a neutral manner during the performance of their duties. We do have some candidates being evaluated but at this time need to be cautious because of the impact a poor moderator could have on the communities reputation. I know it can be frustrating dealing with some of the butt head players who join just to cause problems but personally I think it is a lesser evil than a possibly abusive/poorly qualified moderator being unfair to our players.

We just need to make some moves as our community grows to bring on more staff to help in various facets of the game. Just growing pains is all!
