Merr Khan
So yesterday while at the end of a long (8+hrs) solo shift, I ended up seeing multiple Lv.2 calls at groove St. Did a drive through and saw 3 cars, all parked illegally with 3 men standing at dealer spot. I pulled my car up to the fence and got out, since I was out numbered 3 to 1 I pulled out my shotgun and said "hands", all 3 complied and I cuffed them. I started processing them all there. The 1 st guy was clean i cut him lose and sent him packing. The next guy got a fine and i cut him lose and told him to leave. The 3rd guy's car was backed up on the lawn all the way to the porch so i couldn't see the LP to search it. When i got into it to move it forward a bit, the 2nd man I cut free hopped in my cop car and took it..... yes i know I F'd up, didn't make sure the door was locked, but when you pull up to a drug scene by yourself with 3 men my focus was not my car but on not getting killed. While the 3rd man was in cuffs I commandeer his vehicle to chase down stolen cop car. The 2nd man made it about a mile before he wrecked the cop car got out on foot. I got out to chase. While stumbling to get out the taser VS. just shooting him, he got into the car I commandeered and attempted to run me over 8+ times while laughing about it, (totally attempted VDM, fail RP, no value of life) since he could have just driven off and left me there with a wrecked cop car. Finally I shot him out of the car. I cuff'd/revived, fixed my cop car put him in back and went back to groove St. The 3rd man I had cuff'd I gave a huge break to since I had to commandeer his car, and it got totaled. I cut him lose and at that point the 3rd man ask'd if he could "take" the 2nd mans car? I said "no that's GTA". So he asked me for a ride. Being the nice guy I am I said sure hope in. I took him to the garage and said have a nice day. The 3rd man got out of the car, then immediately hopped back in pushed me out and stole the car.... At this point i was ready to just log off. Instead I went on a man hunt, eventually finding the cuffed 2nd man (he got max) and the stolen cop car. The 3rd man got away.   My hole point to this lengthy post is this... It should not be possible to "push" a Police/EMS out of their vehicle since it is a federal law to wear a seat belt while in an emergency vehicle. Also how did he open my door from the passenger side? As soon as the man touched me I would have started beating/tase him in the car. So he lightly pushes me and I open the door and fall out? No this makes no sense, and should not be part of the game.... can we please remove this GOD like ability.
Serpico
A few things that will help avoid this. 1. Don't let people in the front seat you don't trust. Restrain them if you don't 2. Lock the doors as soon as everyone is in the car. 1

Serpico
Not sure. Still would not put someone I dont trust in the front seat unrestrained. Edited October 13, 2017 by Serpico
Anton
Interesting that you can't drive an ambulance as a civilian but you can a police vehicle. Is this for RP reasons?

Is this for RP reasons? There are a few reason. Really, we didn't want to disable ambulances, but there was an issue with people targeting EMS and stealing their vehicles, leaving them stranded and unable to perform their duties. Considering the fact that EMS only have a limited number of vehicles in the first place, in addition to being unarmed, it's really not fair to EMS or those waiting to be revived. Cops on the other hand have numerous vehicles to choose from, are armed, and are more easily able to call for backup in the event someone tries to hijack their vehicle. 1
