Mosley's Auto Removal Suggestion

Is there any planned use for this building on the south side? As it stands, it is never used and causes lag.

+1 , if it was used more. I can see the need to keep, but I hardly see anyone using it.

I saw O'Connor using it today but honestly, His cars are waaaaaay to good to be sitting in an automotive place in SOUTH SIDE of all places. His car's should really be in the car place near the jewelry store, That place is much more fitting for that.

As for the south side dealership, +1 to remove it, its soo laggy.

Its laggy af but can be used if the people selling cars option is bought into the city. If  in near future its not going to be brought in its a total waste  .

It's cleaner, Not even remotely as laggy and in a spot where the city could benefit more content being. Especially for new players that will run through that general area.

Tbh i don't get any lag going past Mosley's auto ... i get the most lag going past grove street at the entrance to the mega mall carpark

after re-thinking, I'm changing for it not to be removed. Brain O' Conner, has been using Mosley's everyday now as a car Rental place/Showroom as-well as workshop If I'm correct now as-well. Mosley is being put to good use in my eyes, not by just him but by others too as-well! I personally have never gotten lag like I stated previously around that area, and some others haven't either.

That's because you went within this box, The lag comes in from mosley's:

Specifically the worst lag is on the megamall side when you open that garage door. My machine just curles when it has to load in that garage.

I drive past it 20times every day, 0 influence on my performance, and Brian oConner is using it, i don't see why it should be removed.

I have seen a couple of people working out of Mosley's Autos over the past few day such as O'Connor and Mark Johnson and from what i have seen is that they have set-up a great RP car rental dealership and i think in time it will become successful. I don't think that it should be removed

Once selling and buying cars between players becomes a thing, you all will see a lot more activity. As proven by comments by other members of the community, I am using it. But not just me, I have a team of people ready to put it to work as soon as the mechanic shop in the back of Mosley's is activated, just like 2/5 .  Mosley's operations are managed by 'The Royals Inc', basically, Mark Johnson and myself as CEOs . We are going to offer daily jobs to qualified individuals as sales representatives, mechanics and tow drivers. We love Elgin Mechanic, but we want to be able to offer a 'drama and violence free' experience for those who choose to repair their cars at our establishment. From within this building ,'The Royals' will run their operations, such as Car Shows, planned road trips with members of the club and we will offer VIP Transportation as a complimentary service to our costumers with the use of Luxury Sedans, Limos and Helicopter.

Also, its obvious that without the chance of selling cars, putting a building like this to work, requires effort and dedication. But to give some insights into the potential of a building like this, jusst by rentals and test drives, we were able to generate $40k in 2 hours last night. 

 

This building will not be used only by the owners, as I mentioned before, it will be an opportunity for anyone who wants to work in different positions that dealerships offer. 

 If I go into detail as to how much ahead we have planned for this Building, it will take me too long.  

 

As far as those who have shown support in this thread and in city, we thank you sincerely. 

Clarification. For the gangs around us:  We are going to operate as a car dealership and the services mentioned above.  Drugs, Weapons and Illegal activities will not be necessary for our business to be profitable. We respect your hustle and will not interfere with your operations. We will only act in self defense to any threats. 

 

Mosley's will change the Automotive Industry in Los Santos.
