Motorcycles fuel consumption too high

From the gas station behind Legion Square to Paleto Bay gas station (the big one at north-west) my bike consumed ~75% of a full tank. Not sure if that was the intention, but I think it's a bit exaggerated. I love cruising in the sunset or just in the city and now that we can't even take a jerry can to refuel our vehicles, i really think that it should be adjusted. I don't want to get stranded just because i pulled over on my bike to check a message on my phone. And i'm sure it also affects Corporal+ on bikes too (hint @Serpico)

How fast were you going? Also idle consumption is very low

I just did an experiment, changed the bike to a western daemon , filled up tank at Paleto Bay next to garage , i cruised back to Legion Square at 75mph on highway, 50 in city, arrived at Legion with 32% fuel remaining. While i typed this in, fuel went down to 25% on idle. Something is definitely off

Yah, bikes have small (1.5-3 Gallons) tanks but their fuel efficiency is high (50-75+ mpg). Should be able to ride for a day w/out filling up again. But that's IRL, not sure if this is to limit bikes but the fuel amount doesn't seem to be the problem with bikes being OP atm.

The trick with bikes is finding a stable fuel capacity/burn rate to prevent it from being such an easy choice for criminal activity and running from cops. I am sure more adjustments will come as they try to find the happy-medium.

I agree with Anton, i did that same test with the Sanchez and barely made it to Paleto

steady 50mph in the city / 75mph highway. no speeding, no offroading, one person only.

That's the thing its never a long chase with bikes and cops. It's always one or two corners in the city or a mountain side and there gone. Unlike with a semi truck or mule were fuel running out is the only way to stop them. Personally i have no problem with a bike being quicker then my cop car. That's what they are meant for. And to change that would be unrealistic. It's when i see a person do un-human (power-gaming) feats with said sport bikes, mainly off road, IRL you take a sport bike off road your going to be in a world of pain very shortly, and you going to destroy your bike.

How bout a perma-ban no appeal for those players who cant act like humans on sport bikes? I cant tell you how many times i've see people straight lining it from weed to grove going up and over mountains cause the game mechanics allow it...  ANY sport bike off road is a ban for failure to RP properly.  Un-less there is a way to hard code stability mechanics for bike's while off-road and make them go 20 mph top and fall over constantly with no traction so they cant climb a mountain cliff, there is no other way to stop it. Other then to remove the cancer (Ban them) that is doing it.....

What about being able to buy a fuel can from any 24/7 store. Name it "Fuel can (full)" and sell them for double the gas price that are on the gas stations. Currently it's not worth driving a bike at all. You go up and down the road and you're empty.
