Ugene Hasström
Dont u think its too heavy for all of the trucks? Can you lower the Health and lower the weight of the trailer. Its too hard to go over 60 miles/h with that fuel tank trailer.
Bob Johnson
You think full tanker trailers are light?
Johan
Do you think trucks in real life goes much over 60mph anyway? In Finland, trucks are not allowed to go over 80 km/h and that means 50mph. AtomicGinger
Install a supercharger on your truck. It will pull those trailers a lot better

Mainly meant for airplanes and helicopters, but it'll work for your truck as well
Corny
You can also go to Benny's in town, the trucks barely fit, but you can mod it there.
Anton
if you want to customize your truck, i suggest you go to the airport and use the LS Customs for aircrafts at the runway ok nevermind, @AtomicGinger just wrote that. so yeah, what he said Edited April 4, 2018 by Muroko im dumb
Bob Johnson
My opinion is that if you plan to do a lot of trucking, the turbo is worth it. You will pull the trailers faster. Time = money.

Saja Kain
Â I created a thread about this topic and admittedly didn't use the search function. I was directed toward this thread. I've read the posts so far and I still think adjusting the weight of the fuel tanker is something to consider. I realize that fuel tanks irl aren't light but neither is the other simulated trailer we carry on these missions. All trailers have a weight limit regardless of cargo. When you compare the fuel tanker to the box trailer we carry on these missions, it's as if the box trailer is empty. Depending on how you look at it, it's either that light or the fuel tanker is that heavy. It's worth noting that my truck also has the turbo kit installed and it's still a very noticeable difference in weight. I personally don't care which way you make the adjustment but I would suggest that both trailers weigh the same. Right now it's you have the fuel tank at one weight and the box trailer (regardless of skin) at a much lighter weight.
Bob Dangle
Imagine you are hauling a trailer with styrofoam or insulation. then the weight difference would make more sense for you.

I haul trailers for a living, I'm a railroad engineer I can tell you this  https://gyazo.com/765f29a2b129f4ef1374dd0b8644894e weighs less than this https://gyazo.com/5428020f302d3d268e7ff7abc4ae0b7d when loaded. I don't doubt it weighs more; I just think the ratio could be a bit better. As previously stated, my truck has the turbo kit installed. Hauling a box trailer I can hit 75ish on the interstate. Hauling the tank I might hit 50 or 55; both obviously dependent on the condition of my truck and whether I'm going uphill, downhill, or am level. Either way, I'll still be doing the job. I love the trucking aspect; thoroughly enjoy it. I just felt that the weight difference was a bit too dramatic.
